Welcome to a new day.  So much possibility for what the day holds.  But does each day end like all the others?  Does it feel like you are not making the progress you want to when it comes to your drinking?  Your goals are put off another day.  There’s always tomorrow.  How do you ensure tomorrow comes and you implement the change you so desire and want?  It starts with a new thought and setting up a process to make it happen.  You can’t replay the same thoughts (most of us recycle the same thoughts day in and day out).  That will get you more of the same results in your life.
